Thread: Visiting from Oklahoma
I will be visiting Colorado later this month. I have my ccl in Oklahoma and am wondering if my license is good to carry concealed or open while I'm there. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to a land where open carry is readily accepted, darn near everywhere with the exception of Denver city and county.
Otherwise, you're pretty free to carry whether open or concealed with your permit as we have reciprocity.
I was in Sapulpa maybe a week after your governor signed the open carry bill into law. While it still hasn't gone into effect, and won't until November, I open carried mostly when down there anyhow. That was partly because I have developed a habit of OC'ing, and partly because I didn't figure there'd be much incentive in an LEO enforcing a law against open carry that was already on its way out anyway.
Welcome again, and enjoy your stay.

Welcome to Colorado and hope to see you carrying!
