The one guy who seems in charge didnt even know about the ccw change for any semi.

Is it against the law to be a jerk? The officer kept telling him he was a jerk.

The guy that is stopped talks way too much.

A real jerk is a sworn officer who fails to follow his oath of office. Or, is that treason?
