In general, Henderson public sidewalks, parks, and many offices are OC friendly. Can you give us a link about the car show with more information as to where it is?
EDIT: If this is it: http://www.hendersonlive.com/special-events/super-run, it looks like public property to me! I might try to make it. Should I drive my 1965 Ford F-250 crew cab?

It's on Water Street in downtown Henderson. They close it off tomorrw night at 5pm so they can get set up.
