Can't OC with less than 6 in pistol?

If I'm reading that flyer under the stickies right, I can't OC my Keltec P-11. It's 5.6 in.
Correct me if I'm wrong. I have OC'ed with it before
I know it plainly states just that, it just seems like a strange law. I know there is no shortage of dumb laws though.

I know it's an ugly gun, but it was my first handgun, so I'm fond of it for that reason. Lol

That is a footnote in the "sticky". That is a city ordinance that applies only in Chapel Hill.

The required length is measured from the top of the muzzle back along the barrel and down to the rear bottom end of the butt. Easily in excess of 6".
