Las Vegas City Councilman Bob Beers has sent a letter to the Sheriff questioning the cost/benefit of the "Blue Card" system and raising his doubts that it is effective. He asks questions much as County Commissioner Collins did. Gillespie surely is starting to feel the heat. Will be curious to see if he responds to the Councilman.
