I was elected by a combination of inaction and need to talk about current events to people that care.

I was not planning on going to the gun show afterward but I could be swayed by a kind soul. Do you know any that will be joining us?

Damn....In addition to being sick and having to suck on cough medicine while hunting, Jane just got a call that our Daughter-in-law is in the hospital.

I think so. She'll be in the hospital for a while, maybe until the baby is born in another month.
I stayed in the waiting room while Jane went up. I didn't think she need a cold too.

Then I made the mistake of going to the gunshow.

More to that story but by the end of the day, I'll have a new BIG gun.

That's gotta suck big time. My wife went for a check up 6 weeks before her due date and ended up being kept in the hospital until Logan was born because of her blood pressure, I think they called it preeclampsia. Within the first week her doctor said she wouldn't go full term (as in they wouldn't allow her to) and it was just a matter of trying to get to 38 weeks before delivery. As it turned out they delivered Logan at 37 weeks, but my wife was in St Marys over Christmas and New Year. At least the food there is better than it is in hospitals back in England.

Hope your daughter-in-law and your son are ok, will add them to our prayers.

It took an extra day but I am now the proud owner of a TC Contender with 45/410 and 223 barrels and as as soon as I find one, a 45/70.
