As some of you may already know I have filed an appeal in New Britain JD from my July 27th BFPE hearing.
Just got letter in the mail and pre trial is set for December 14th. Very curious to see what the rep for, the CT AGs office feels about the case.

The AG's office is super anti-gun.

The AG is anti gun... so much for a reasonable person trying to make a deal in the pretrial stage.

I would amend .. no mention of the need for a permit to practice (it sounds like you already own handguns) and the need for a permit to be able to transport your guns to the range. The right to practice is stronger than the right to carry...at least in the current set of law's eyes.
