Another Milwaukee ccw holder incident? (good shoot)

    http://www.jsonline.com/news/crime/t...176048841.html

"A Milwaukee teenager was charged Friday in a companion's shooting death, which allegedly occurred as they robbed an armed man.
According to a criminal complaint, the robbery target, who was wounded, told police he holds a legally issued concealed-carry permit and that his 5-year-old son was with him when the two robbers confronted him with a gun."

Good shoot, ccw holder or not.

Yep, if the linked article is factually correct... Absolutely, a righteous shoot and the surviving attempted armed robber/premeditated murder suspect deserves whatever the court/law gives him upon his conviction and sentencing!

    Thumbs up

Woohoo!! That's the way it's supposed to work.
I'd read about the shooting, and that the accomplice will be charged with the murder,
but I hadn't heard before that the guy was legal, or that there was a child present.
    Glad it finally came out.
One more for the white hat team.

I see it is taking some time for the Milwaukee bad guys to learn that to be safe while plying their trade they had better move to he free-kill zone of the People's Socialist Republic of Chicago.

(The complaint did not confirm whether the intended robbery victim held a legally issued concealed-carry permit.)

Duh, both were 18 and were making a living by committing armed robberies and this professional journalist who I bet is a college graduate wonders if they had a legal permit for the gun they had, These stalwart citizens and most likely two od Obamas people robbed a man in front of his small child and then wanted to kill him for the thrill. Both needed to get shot to pieces, not killed but crippled, preferably painfully so they could really enjoy the pain they tried to inflict on their victim and his family. .

That would be the survivor/defender/father, the one whose name is not mentioned in the news.

I hope it continues to get riskier so crime goes down as the risk isn't worth the reward.

sure they will have the state pay their medical bills and house them until they can return to work.

Was just reviewing some annotations under Article 1, Section 25, and I had to shake my head (again) over the wording below:

An individual generally has no heightened interest in his or her right to bear
    arms for security while in a vehicle. State v. Fisher, 2006 WI 44, 290 Wis. 2d 121,
    714 N.W.2d 495, 04−2989.
Thank God the victim is alive to scoff at this and set the record straight. "no heightened interest" my butt.

I trust this will be "re-annotated" with more modern 2012 reference to reality, superseding the 2006 cite.

Not holding my breath, but just sayin'.

    Good outcome.
In God I trust. Everyone else needs to keep your hands where I can see them.
