Overall not bad. He simplifies things a bit much though. You can tell a officer I do not consent, and they can still take your weapon. Not giving consent is different than resisting.

I really don't like his interpretation of NRS 171.123. Verbiage seems to directly support the Terry v. Ohio decision, yet he claims it allows us to be detained for "appearing" to be dangerous.
