Have 'ya all been to a Kali gun shop lately? No merchandise. Just a little ammo, some junk .22 long rifles leaning against the wall and clothing.
They may be able to order you a gun, as long as you have a permit to buy, take a class, take a test and oh yes, that gun better not have any "evil" features.

Yeah, like a magazine release you can operate without having to dig out some special tool, screwdriver, or the tip of a bullet. Oh so evil.. /sarcasm

Both Shops I frequented, both I no longer frequent

I have over $10K that I spent in Bens loans in the last 15 years. Then came an American Eagle Luger. I paid all but $49 of it on the spot in cash and went back the following day to pay off the rest. No Gun, No paperwork, No office receipt. Nothing but my receipt. Had to wait another 3 days for the counter guy to verify my claim that I had paid $650 in cash already, and that there was no gun, nor paperwork, nor even a file on the gun which had been in for a pawn. All gone. It took over a month to get my money back. Never did see the gun again. In fact no one in the store saw it again. It magically disappeared without paperwork. Shortly after that a couple of employees left the employment of the store.

My experience with Champion comes a few years back. I agreed to buy a first gen Glock 17 from the owner. He pulled a bait and switch and I passed on the deal. He took offense as 1 glock is as good as another in his opinion and he was trying to get me a newer model... yet I was buying the Gen 1 because it was a gen 1 and he knew it. I haven't been back since to the store.
