Then he'll be going through a brick of .22s faster than what you can provide them for him. You do know what happens when an addict can't get their fix don't you? They need something to take the edge off, he may move up to something more powerful. Best case scenario he'll stop around the .30 cal, but you'll never know. There is always a rush hitting targets at 600 yds, but as young as he is starting he'll want to go further.
You may have a Cheytac going to the range with you in the near future.
I think that everyone should teach their kids how to safely handle a firearm. If everyone did, the world would be a much safer place for them.
