VCU Chief of Police wants input on crime safety

"Chief Venuti wants to hear your suggestion about anything regarding campus safety. Feel free to leave any comments or suggestions that you may have. Chief Venuti will be looking at what you post."

Link to item: http://tinyurl.com/bwznuvs

The primary point that SCCC and VCDL are working together to accomplish is that disarming students and staff of legal age who have no other restrictions does nothing to improve safety, creates victims and must stop.

Make your best points politely and use links where applicable.

Chief John Venuti has an opportunity here to be instrumental in truly helping to bring personal safety to the students and staff at VCU. Time well tell whether he steps of to the plate and hits a home run for LAC in his community.

Ah oh - the site is not working according to a recent Va-Alert.

Why does that not surprise me?

Providing comments on security to VCU Police Chief Venuti
*************************************************

I have been told that for some reason the web site that was used to get comments on improving security and safety at VCU is not working.

A more direct way is to simply send your comments directly to Chief of Police John Venuti via email:

From the Venuti's site:

"the link you are commenting on has been deleted"

Is that because he has read them, or because he neither wants to read them nor allow you to see what others have written? It's a serious question and either way is wrong.

I'm not sure what I'm looking at Grape, but I see a bunch of comments.

I accidentally copied them....some very colorful language!
