The suit also claims that Taylor-Santino, who initially was not aware the incident had been videotaped, lied on a report he filed in connection with the Taser episode.

“In his ‘use of force report,' (Taylor-Santino) sought to cover up and/or conceal his actions … by omitting that (Williams) was handcuffed when she was shot with the Taser,” the suit alleges. “As a result he was found to have acted ‘within policy' by police department officials.”

Interesting, and likely not a rare occurrence.....for any police department. Is there not other OK laws that were not violated for the false official report? In MO it is a misdemeanor to make a false affidavit or false declaration. RSMO 575.050 and 575.060.

Please note the lack of any intervention by the other officers.....if the video of the incident works for you.

How does this relate to OC? The taser incident is unlikely to occur, but the false affidavit or false declaration could occur to hide a cop who violates the law while violating your 2A, 4A, and 5A rights.

Happens all the time. Karl Thompson is now (finally after 6 years and $600k of public money, and then another $1.67M of public money to Otto's family) in jail because of the beating death of Otto Zehm (in 2006) which was witnessed by 6 other SPD officers. There are a couple other SPD officers being investegated for filing a false report, all because of security camera footage.

What no obstruction charges yet for all that lied in the course of an investigation? Big surprise.

"Hey man, watch me taze this one".....bzzz zap zap zap .... "cool huh?"

And they don't know a jail has cameras? Total idiots and buffoons.

But the police union will save them.
