I asked BFPE this query:

Hi Sue,

Question:

Are the questionnaires and supporting documentation in response to the questionnaire's automatically become exhibits in the hearing w/o the need for further introduction (unless an objection has been filed in a pre-hearing objection)?

Sue's answer was YES....

So if you see anything objectionable in any of the evidential filings (questionnaire, etc) by the opposing party its best to object once filed ... its best to know what is and is not evidence before your hearing starts.
