We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

I think that the state section is actually best suited .... maybe others will chime in ... or maybe we should have a meeting to discuss...
I think the individual State sub forums are the best place to put them. They just need to mention in the thread title which area of the State the meeting is in and ideally a moderator or admin should be made aware of the thread so it can be stickied so everyone has a chance to see it. The Virginia sub-forum breakfasts and dinners have been announced that way for a long time and it's proved itself to work very well so far.
