Open carry in wichita and surrounding areas

I am brand new to open carry. I have tried google but my google-fu is apparently not strong. I was wanting to know the restrictions of open carrying in wichita and surrounding areas such as can we open carry in to stores that do not have no gun signs? I OC all the time out in the country but do not know the in's and out's of OC in the cities.

In Wichita and surrounding area, you my OC a loaded weapon in any public place not marked with appropriate signage as long as it is in a holster, with the safety on and within your control at all times. I have OC in a few places and have not had any issues.
