    federal apeals courts give il legislators 180 days to craft a CC bill

    If only CA would get a decent cc law. Right now it's an absolute *expletive* to get one. Open carry in public is almost impossible. Sigh.

    I'm wondering if maybe IL decides not to fight this in the courts(a big "if" to be sure) if maybe it will make its CC law "may issue" so that it will be in complaince with the court ruling declaring that it must have a law, but still not have to issue any permits.

    My reading of the decision makes me believe that 'shall issue' is the only acceptable choice.

    I find it odd that CCW is gaining traction everywhere and yet the 2nd amendment is under assault.
