SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) — In a big victory for gun rights advocates, a federal appeals court on Tuesday struck down a ban on carrying concealed weapons in Illinois — the only remaining state where carrying concealed weapons is entirely illegal.

Geez, how sloppy of me to forget the link. I have modified it so as not to cause consternation among viewers of oc.org. I think you will find it fully complies with “rule 11” now. However I did in the original form give full credit to the originating news organization and author. Can I get bonus points for that?

I certainly will from now on closely examine the rules at length before posting anything further. Please advise if any further changes need to be made.

The bare reality is that copyright infringement lawsuits ARE pursued, and can be costly.

I had no consternation, but understand that such costs can bury a site such as this one.
