When seconds count
When seconds count, 911 is only minutes away...
I keep hearing how lucky it was that people were able to call 911 so soon because when Lanza figured out the Police were there he killed himself even though he still had so much more ammunition. How accurate this is, I don't know. It's what I see on the news.
How many less victims might there be had lethal response to the criminal been only seconds away ?
This is a horrible situation no matter what.
