• We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

"You may use the minimum level of force that you reasonably believe is necessary to safely resolve the situation."

I live in AZ, I can use deadly force if you enter my occupied vehicle or house.
Generally speaking, if you make me fear for my safety I can use deadly force.

I also tend to be aware of other options for force. I was eating unarmed in BK with my family a long time ago. There was this guy who seemed to be mentally unstable. I mentally prepared about 6 ways to take him out if need be, the chairs with metal legs being option 1. :)
