    Wow, it doesn't seem like the "officials" are thinking about how to actually stop an attack. I think it's great to find ways to deter these attacks from happening but the tactics/procedures they are trying to enact are not only costly but they do not address how to stop the attacker before he/she can cause massive damage. I just don't understand.
