In 230 years, perhaps people will argue that those in our time could not dream that one day there would be atomic powered laser pistols and rifles.

Hindsight is so interesting. It allows an amount of vanity and arrogance to escape and can defy some measure of logice and common sense.

Our founding fathers had very little that we have today. Following that line of reasoning, we should not have electricity, automobiles, powered appliances, ad infinitum. What a silly argument. Pax... :p
