I might as well tag along. As I posted in Wisconsin:

Tilting at Windmills
For people who like to quote the Constitution (at least one or two parts), supporting this effort is particularly laughable. Once you stop foaming at the mouth, see Article III, Section 3.

It's not so much that this effort is waste of time and energy (although it certainly is that) but rather that it makes Senator Feinstein a more sympathetic figure which could draw fencesitters to her side. It's like a boxer arguing with a spectator. Perhaps emotionally satisfying but detrimental to the real goal. Something to consider.
