It wouldn't be obvious even to people who have been in the art museum, which property is catty-corner from BB, but I've seen a map showing that there's some sort of a school in the art museum. They're colored in as a school, with that monstrous 1000' "gun-free" zone which easily encompasses BB.
So anyone going to the art museum... even if they aren't posted (which I'm pretty sure they are), you can only carry unloaded & encased (legally).
