Maybe this has been mentioned here, but just in case;

There is a website called POPVOX that shows you what bills are being introduced to congress and allows you to contact your senators/reps and voice your opinion.

What's sad is that the first one has so many supporting it, and the second has just as many opposing it. Were I a representative I'd take that to mean that there's a healthy portion of people that don't want to see anything grandfathered in. Should really hit up that first one.
