WTF does "F. U. Q." mean?

"Fair Use Quote" - quoting a segment of something that does not deny the copyright holder control of the intellectual product.

For example, I can copy the headline and first paragraph of just about any news article without violating copyrighyt protections. It gives you the reader an idea of what the article is about be requires you to go to the original for the full details.

Some persons believe that any link that is not accompanied by a FUQ is an abomination as well as an intentional insult. Other persons fear a link without a FUQ that purports to demonstrate the legitimacy of the link is but an attempt to get you to click on a virus.

They are interesting because they are so simple. They would be a very good candidate for 3D printing because the metal parts should be easy to come by. I found it very awkward to hold, but it seemed possible. I have average sized hands.

It appears that they have a rifle conversion in the works. It is very light and compact for the barrel length.
