AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS FROM VIOLENCE.


That the general statutes be amended to protect children, families and other individuals from violence by (1) strengthening provisions concerning the sale, possession and transfer of firearms, assault weapons and ammunition, and (2) enacting other measures to enhance safety in schools, residences and the community.

I visited my state senator's aide today .. looks like her viewpoint has changed since last I spoke to her .. all because she went on a trip to NYC and felt afraid in the subway system and the lack of security.

After she told me this we discussed the mag limit, ostensibly going to be in SB 1. She agreed that there could be more assailants than 2 or 3 and that a high cap mag should not be banned.
