Only government agencies should have guns right? Seems like these "highly trained people" aren't all that good with NDs.

It doesn't really say who had the ND. Was the injured person the NDer, or was the injured person a victim of someone else's gun? I'm thinking I'll hold off on LOLing about fed gun handling until we know who was holding the gun.

In the meantime, we can add another notch of karma for Lon Horiuchi's cowardly, foul murder of Becky Weaver and his employer's refusal to prosecute him for it.
