I love my dogs, all 4 of them. They are all rescues, they are all very good animals like they know they got a second chance.

For some incompetent yahoo who managed to beg off a badge to go and off one simply because it got loose and he can't understand dog behavior, well I'd not want to contemplate that scenario. I'd certainly hope the deputy in this case is removed from further endangerment to the public. I'd see him removed one way or the other for killing a family member - and that includes the dogs.

I have not seen any get removed for shooting a dog ... dogs are just property in the eyes of the law, not a member of your family.

Reckless discharge of a firearm for starters.
