    Representative Richards

I receive e mail updates from various Wisconsin senators and reps. It looks like that Rep Richards is for more anti gun legislation. He has gotten members of the Sikh temple on his side and along with Mayor Barrett wants to do something that will further infringe on our freedom. I am not aware of any citizens of Indian decent here in this state who really understand the second amendment nor do they care to. These Sikhs and I am a 1/2 Sikh, have refused to extend their hand to Nick Clark od WI Carry but they have aligned themselves with anti gunners. I think we need to communicate with the Sikh community and others from India to see if they are willing to meet with Nick. If I am correct the Indian community kinda has a wall built around themselves and the only thing that interests them is socialism and welfare part of politics. I don't understand why. They are independent and hard working professionals in general.
Anyway here is Rep Richasrd's e mail. Any suggestions to this dilema?

Earlier today I joined Mayor Barrett, victims of the Oak Creek Sikh Temple shooting and members of the domestic violence community to urge Congress to act on President Obama’s comprehensive plan to address gun violence across the country. I am dedicated to doing all I can to make sure the momentum on this issue is not lost. We have too many innocent victims for the gun lobby to now thwart the overwhelming majority of Americans and gun owners who do support meaningful reform. Gun safety is overwhelmingly supported by citizens and should get bipartisan support in Washington and Madison.

I look forward to hearing from you and your neighbors.

    Sincerely,

    JON RICHARDS
    State Representative
    Assembly District 19
