AN ACT REQUIRING REPORTING OF FIREARM INVENTORY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That chapter 529 of the general statutes be amended to require any
2 person, sole proprietorship, partnership, firm, corporation or other
3 form of business or legal entity that sells or manufactures firearms in
4 this state to report a physical inventory of such firearms to the
5 Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection. If any
6 firearm cannot be matched to a legal purchaser or transferee, the
7 licensed seller or manufacturer shall be required to furnish proof that
8 said firearm was transferred or disposed of legally. If such seller or
9 manufacturer fails to comply with these inventory requirements, the
10 Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection shall impose
11 a fine with proceeds allocated to support the inventory program.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection
to better monitor the manufacture and sale of firearms in this state and
to identify firearms

*aka universal gun registration so the government has complete records of every firearm owned by every individual. prime example of top notch tyranny

I would think that these a--holes would want a verified statement and if they find a broken gun from 1050 BC under a floorboard they would yank his license to do business...
