AN ACT CONCERNING THE PENALTY FOR ILLEGAL POSSESSION
OR TRANSFER OF A FIREARM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That the general statutes be amended to increase the penalty for the
2 illegal possession of a firearm or the illegal transfer of a firearm to a
3 person not eligible to possess one.
