AN ACT REQUIRING THE REGISTRATION OF FIREARMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That the general statutes be amended to require all owners of
2 firearms to register such firearms with the Department of Emergency
3 Services and Public Protection.
Statement of Purpose:
To require registration of all firearms.
