The story may be recently written, but it is about a 30-year old ruling that maybe 1% of the folks here don't already know about.

I want to complain about the article ignoring the four other SCOTUS rulings that come down to the same conclusion. IMHO folks need to see that SCOTUS has addressed the issue "through the ages" and repeatedly decides that you are on your own.

There! Now we can move on.
