The Moose are more dangerous most of the time lol! Those over sized cows would charge at pretty much anything or walk any where they want. Bears a lot of the times just run away when you make a loud noise.

Dad use to work up in Alaska back in the 70’s He would carry a Rugar Super Blackhawk in 44 mag everywhere he went.

I read a similar story in a book about bear encounters in Alaska.

One guy killed the bear with a 22lr pistol while the bear was about to eat his arm.

Another guy drew and fired a few shoot before he knew what had really happened and had killed a bear that had rushed him.

Scary stuff, pray that this never happens to you
