Idiot won ~100K from even bigger idiots (our gov't of course) 4th amend case

Remember this? I figure, after lawyers fees and $$ to them, he got 100K.

A Virginia man who wrote an abbreviated version of the Fourth Amendment on his body and stripped to his shorts at an airport security screening area won a trial Friday in his lawsuit seeking $250,000 in damages for being detained on a disorderly conduct charge.

Hats off to him. I am sure there were plenty of people who considered John Lilburne an idiot. Same for the junior William Penn.
I'll make you an offer: I will argue and fight for all of your rights, if you will do the same for me. That is the only way freedom can work. We have to respect all rights, all the time--and strive to win the rights of the other guy as much as for ourselves.

If I am equal to another, how can I legitimately govern him without his express individual consent?

There is no human being on earth I hate so much I would actually vote to inflict government upon him.

You two are both correct in my opinion.
Provision for free medical attendance and nursing, for clothing, for food, for housing, for the education of children, and a hundred other matters, might with equal propriety be proposed as tending to relieve the employee of mental strain and worry. --- These matters obviously lie outside the orbit of congressional power. There are some who would argue we wear our 2nd Amendment rights on our hip.

He wore his 4th Amendment rights on his chest.

And you call him an idiot?

Engaging in your Second Amendment Right makes you a Sheepdog. A III%-er. A patriot.

Engaging in any other Right makes you a lefty liberal.
