So far there is no sign of Robbins, a Gary native who was not supposed to go free until 2029 for a murder committed outside a birthday party in Indianapolis in 2002.

And yet, if he kills again before (if) he's caught, it will be my fault because I own "assault weapons". Unless he uses a method other than a gun, in which case it will be my fault for not paying enough loot to the donut eaters so they can better keep track of their charges.
