Sounds like a deeper hole getting dug than what they have now... I will be printing these off and going to my representative directly. (benefits of small town)

True, but wouldn't it then be a crime to draw it in self-defense? That would, after all, be a "display that makes a reasonable person feel threatened".

It used to be discharge within 100 yards or a dwelling, the new bill makes it discharge within 100 yards or cause a bullet to pass within 100 yards of a dwelling.
