    We should close off all private and FEDERAL access to CHP records. Concealed carry without a permit is not a federal offence. No need for the Feds to know who has a Commonwealth permission slip.

    You are right. The answer is Constitutional Carry. NRA does not advocate because it would decimate their C2I2 racket!
