According to my confidential legislative source, the Public Safety & Security Committee held an illegal meeting on 7 FEB 13 @ 10:45am.

I would have wanted to give testimony regarding 7 of the bill proposals ... but was not given the opportunity as required by law to be able to testify.
Seems as if this is how the legislature wishes to play ...
I shall be filing a complaint with the denial of information commission regarding this meeting.
So vigilance is required ! Keep an eye on committee meetings regarding meeting times.
The Public Safety and Judiciary committees especially.
