    How a bill becomes law in missouri

    If you pull it, you use it. If you pull it and you don't use it, you've done some thing wrong and you might not get another chance. Think about it before you pack it!

    The chart shows how difficult it is for a bil to become law. Some times that is good, some times not.
    We have some good players in the legislature to keep things in "our" favor. That's why stupid bills wil lgo no place.
    It is also why it is difficult to get good bills to go the distance....
