We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. We have to know how the game is played to play by the rules.
The chart shows how difficult it is for a bil to become law. Some times that is good, some times not.
We have some good players in the legislature to keep things in "our" favor. That's why stupid bills wil lgo no place.
It is also why it is difficult to get good bills to go the distance....
