Apparently he didn't know it's illegal to 1) possess a stolen gun, 2) attempt to murder someone, 3) conceal a pistol without a license.

We need MORE laws, so this doesn't happen again.....

Mayor Heartwell- when will we see the changes you're busy thinking about, enacted? Do something- you're the MAYOR! Quit dragging your feet!
