By the way, in case some of you missed it this morning, a few people, including Dave Workman, called in to Carlson to let him know that Kline lied to him when he said he didn't know it was in there. Kline has sponsored this exact same legislation twice before in separate bills in 2009 and 2005, both times including the home inspection provision.

What do you want from Kline anyway...last session he sponsered a bill to repeal RCW 9A.16.110 "to save money".
