Seen this yet? I know chiefs are political appointments, but how does a cop get away with saying this, and using his slain brothers and sisters to support his statement..

I can't help but wonder who the people are behind him. We can assume everyone in this video fights for tyranny.

OK OK Chief I believe you.

In that case Chief Ken James' officers could only be using their pistols as offensive weapons, that would effectively eliminate any justifiable homicide protection when any of his officers shoots anyone, let the prosecutions begin.
