I would advise you to have all information to cite the NOPD. I had an issue while speaking to two officers about IF I had OCed. They stated that since "part" of the weapon was "concealed" in a holster, they could arrest me. After I reminded them of the Fluker(?) ruling, they still were not impressed. TBH, they don't care if you get out of it, but you could still end up in OPP, bond and before a judge before it's thrown out. what your options are after/during this is unknown to me. I hope someone w/ knowledge can step in here...:confused:
