BLM shoot & camp illegal?

On the way out towards Vegas there is BLM land and shooting spots.

If its legal to shoot my AR15/Shotgun/Pistol then i should be able to LOC either or All of them within the camp site area correct?

Im planning a 3 day hike/camp within a 5mile area. I know i cannot LOC during hike/travel but once i set up a camp site i can load up right?

Someone please school me with the new long rifle open carry law on BLM or National FOREST land.
