open carry in berkeley springs, west virginia????

I am sorry ahead of time if this is in the wrong place because I just joined.

I have been looking around but I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. I currently live in Berkeley Springs, WV and i want to know if OC is allowed in town or not. I have not found anything saying that it is not allowed but when i asked a retired LEO he said that OC is not permitted in Berkeley Springs. If someone can answer this for me it would be much appreciated. Also if u have some site to back up your answer that would be even better. thanks.

Yes it is legal

There are a few towns that ban OC in WV, but I'm pretty sure Berkeley Springs isn't one of them.
