    If he'd just practiced safe firearms handling...

    Burglar strikes same house twice in the same night.
    He's shot & killed, but how it happened is the amazingly karmic part.

    Mendoza had entered the house on Independence Hwy and stolen several items. He then left the scene on foot to hide the stolen property before returning in a stolen farm truck. He entered the home a second time, taking more items including a rifle and shotgun.The evidence showed that while Mendoza was driving away from the scene...

    Oh man......

    That's just crazy.

    Gun thwarts criminal and gun owner wasn't even involved. (yes I know the gun didn't do this it was by the actions of the idiot thief)
