at that link, what do the "(raised)" and "(comm)" mean next to each bill?

Raised bill & committee bill ... and to answer your next question,

http://www.ctn.state.ct.us/civics/how_to_read_a_bill.asp

For the committee bills based on proposed bills voted on 7 FEB 13 I have a FIC complaint filed for the committee's failure to give proper notice of the meeting ... if successful, the actions and further actions on these bills may be nulled. And I have ample evidence that proper notice was not given.

Why folks are not filing FIC complaints is beyond me ... must like the bills being pushed via illegal meetings I guess

That's probably not the case with most folks on here. I for one am proficient at many hands on things, legal procedure not being one of them.
For this, I look at the actions you and many other like minded people have taken and applaud them.
I may not understand the legal procedure involved, and the complete ramifications of, but am there in support as for principal.
thanks again and keep on them
